Causes of Migraine

I occasionally experience migraine which is the reason why I got curious to know what are the causes of this very painful headache. My migraine usually lasts for half-day or overnight. There are times I get to work in the morning feeling all right but then later on in the afternoon, I get this migraine. A few times it becomes too painful and is concentrated on the upper right corner of my head. I suspect that this maybe caused by stress at work or the heat of the sun when I go out by lunch time. Other times, may be due to too much use of the computer.
From what I learned, the causes of migraine may vary. Migraines are the most painful forms of headache. According to emedicinehealth.com, migraines are caused by the changes in the human’s brain and surrounding blood vessels. It usually lasts from 4-72 hours.
Some migraines may be due to irregular eating habits. Skipping a meal may also cause migraine. Others may be due to heat, lack of sleep and too much exhaustion. A few though may be caused by an existing health condition.
