Medical Health Records as Life Savers

If we would be hospitalized or need to have ourselves checked by a doctor, we should always state all the necessary information about our medical history. Everything should be included up to the minutest detail. Some people may lie or forget some very important things to consider like our allergies which would be life threatening to our body. There are some medicines which has ingredients that we are allergic to that might have a big side effect on our body.

A patient’s Personal Health Record (PHR) is necessary so that the doctor attending to our health problem will know our medical background. If some information is lacking, the doctor might be able to give medication that would be dangerous to our health and is even life threatening. This might happen if we don’t indicate all the information about our health history. If we do give all the details, our PHR would be our life saver.


Nowadays, getting our medical record won’t be a problem anymore as most hospitals already have a digital health record of all their patients. The advancement of technology has made it possible for us to extract the patient’s record in just a few minutes. What used to be a long and tiring task of pulling our health records from a pile of yearly medical records of patients is now made faster and simplified. This will surely save millions of live daily.

This man was advised to take tea from the soursop bark and leaves. Being hopeless that his condition was terminal, he did what his friend advised him to do for three months. My sister graduated from Nursing last October 2010. She reviewed for the board exam for a few months and took it last June 2010. The Mouth Sore Miracle Remedy

I have these mouth sores in my mouth for almost two weeks now and it has really made my eating difficult. Every time the sore is touched to by the food I eat, it is really too painful. I don't want to use mouth sore remedies that we can buy in pharmacies as I don't want to be dependent on it. I wanted to use a natural remedy to this problem.

I had a little chat with my dentist-friend last Friday and she recommended that I gargle salt with lukewarm water. I didn't try it at first as I thought the result would still be the same. However, two days ago I was so helpless already and there was so much pain in my mouth, I tried to mix salt and lukewarm water. I added more salt as I believed it would kill the bacteria inside my mouth. I gargled with the solution and let it stay inside my mouth for a few minutes targeting the mouth sores area. It was a bit painful but I had been patient. I gargled the solution three times and to my surprise, after a few minutes, I could feel that the sores were closing and there was not much pain anymore. It was already bearable to talk as the pain has subsided. I tried to eat my dinner and I was so happy as the sores were not that painful anymore. There was still a little pain but it was tolerable
