Each year, worldwide, more and more people use contact lenses, both, as a tool to enhance visual acuity (corrective lenses), and as a cosmetic, to make a new shade, and maybe color their eyes (colored contacts). Currently, according to experts, about 125 million people in the world wear contact lenses. The core group of people (50%) that are contact lens wearers - are young people aged over 18 to 25 years.
Modern contact lenses can be used to correct myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), presbyopia (age farsightedness), and are able to handle the most complex astigmatism (distortion of the image), to which regular glasses fold, and Acuvue Oasys Contact Lenses really help.
