Tahitian Dance at Home

I have been trying to lose unwanted fats in my body for weeks and so far I've seen improvement already. My belly-fat has become smaller and I can already see that my body has a clearer shape now than few weeks ago. I'm happy with the development and hoping I could finally reach the body that I've been dreaming of. I used to be so slim but due to a very busy schedule at work, I didn't have enough time to workout anymore and I've been eating so much.
One secret to my diet is to cut out on cards. I've avoided eating foods high in carbohydrates and it has really given me a great improvement on my body. I also started to do some Tahitian, Latin, Hula and Belly Dancing dances to help me eliminate the fats on my belly and I can see that it's working. The best dance workout so far for me is the Tahitian dance that makes me move my hips so much. It's a bit tiring but its worth it. Good luck to me!
