Fiber is popular to have many health benefits to the human body. It cleanses the colon and washes away toxins that may have accumulated in our body. Our parents would always tell us to eat lots of fruits and vegetables as they are good for our health. When we were younger, we would just take it for granted and would not mind what they say. But from experience, I can say that it is best to follow what they say as they were after of our good health.
